FEATURES & BENEFITS

The 9220 is an online TOC analyzer that employs Heated Persulfate Oxidation with NDIR detection methodology. Standard features include four-stream analysis capability, onboard carrier gas generation, autocalibration, auto validation, and intuitive software with touchscreen operation. The 9220 is self-contained in a mounting panel with a reagent tray for quick and easy installation and commissioning. Connectivity is provided through four 4-20mA outputs (one for each sample stream), Modbus, and discrete alarm outputs. The 9220’s reliability and low-maintenance design ensure reliable data collection with minimal effort.

  • Improved process control – Optimize coagulation and flocculation of raw water to maintain total organic carbon removal targets.
  • Multi-stream capability – Monitor up to four process streams on a single analyzer at no additional cost.
  • Robust Design – Housed in an IP66 waterproof enclosure to operate in the harshest conditions.
  • EPA compliant – Compliant with US EPA regulations 415.3 (source and drinking water) and Standard Method 5310C (wastewater).
  • Autocalibration & Auto Validation – Ensures accurate measurements without regular user calibrations.
  • Readily available reagents – No need for expensive, proprietary chemicals.

Primary applications include:

  • Minimize disinfection by-product formation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Improve coagulant and flocculant dosing.
  • Optimize chlorine disinfection processes.
  • Monitor and control potable reuse treatment processes.

Secondary applications include:

  • Distribution system monitoring.
  • Source water monitoring.
  • Process water monitoring.
